How can I get a free estimate from Foxtail Hill?
All estimations are free. To get an estimate call or email our office to set up an appointment for a general measurement.
What is the process for ordering custom windows or doors from Foxtail Hill?
First, we schedule a general measurement and assessment of the windows & doors. Then we provide an estimation to the client. Upon approval, we require a deposit to add that job to our schedule. A second measurement may be necessary depending on the work. Once work has begun building the windows/doors we will schedule the installation.
Does Foxtail Hill handle larger quantity orders for construction or renovation projects?
Yes we have done large projects just as we deal with individual window replacement. Please email us to see if we are the right fit for your project regardless of size.
Does Foxtail Hill offer any warranties or guarantees on their work?
Our glass manufacturer offers a 10-year warranty on the glass and we offer a 5-year warranty on any install or material issue.
